Our family villa is situated in Wellington a quiet residential suburb of executive homes no more than 15 minutes drive from Disneyland. The fully air conditioned home sleeps 8-10 in comfort. The accommodation is on one level and is fitted out to a high standard. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 separate lounges and a private heated swimming pool. You can spread out and relax in comfort with 2 lounges, 1 for you and the other for the kids with a xbox and approx 60 preinstalled games. High speed internet with laptop and colour printer so you can view print and even email your favourite photos from florida. The 28ft swimming pool is screened to stop insects getting in. Also for your security the house has 24 hr alarm monitoring by ADT. Other features include the dining room, a kitchen with an additional dining area, a laundry, and a spacious garage big enough for two cars. The community also boasts its own swimming pool, basket ball court and children's play area incorporating various swings and slides etc Although the community is well off the beaten track it is literally minutes from Disney land, Epcot, MGM, Universal studios, sea world and a host of other theme parks. Not to mention the variety of golf course's nearby.. There is a shopping complex LESS THAN 5 minutes WALK with a host of shops and restaurants along the US 27 which include Publix supermarket, Applebee’s(American), spice of life (Indian), kakapelli`s bistro (American ) .Bamboo wok (Chinese) restaurants and other takeaways also a couple of sports bars and 3 banks and various medical facilities
